Shivaprasad Hulyal presents at CLEO US 2025

Our doctoral fellow, Shivaprasad Hulyal, recently presented his work on Arrayed Waveguide Gratings on Lithium Tantalate at the Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (CLEO US 2025) in Los Angeles, California, held from May 4–9, 2025.

CLEO is one of the leading global gatherings for photonics and electro-optics. The presentation introduced lithium tantalate as a new photonic integrated circuit (PIC) platform, demonstrating the development of arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs) with potential to enable high-modulation, data-rate optical transmitters.
