Kippenberg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1364\/OPTICA.565570\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1364\/OPTICA.565570<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this work, the authors demonstrate arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs) on a lithium tantalate (LiTaO\u2083) platform, utilizing its low optical anisotropy for wafer-scale fabrication.
